A couple of days have passed & we are now in our nations capitol. A few pics of very little interest & 2 videos. 1 video is a must see, best yet, amazing, a high speed 200k trip around Mt Panorama in our D-Max towing a two & a half ton caravan but seeing is believing.. The other is alittle ho-hum drone video of a couple of free camps.
Free camp Cassilis Park
This is the bin beside the truck parking area, rubbish everywhere. On a previous trip I was putting rubbish in the bin that was beside a semi & was almost hit in the head be a plastic bottle thrown out of the parked truck window, the same has been happening here. It is way too difficult to step out of your truck to use the bin, so you have to throw it on the ground.
Same rest area, caravan parking area, no rubbish.
Free camps drone video. Not the best effort we have ever done.
Some town in NSW w went through
Lunch stop at the top of Mt Panorama, half way around the circuit.
The lunch stop was edited out of the amazing video.
The amazing Mt Panorama video of caravan racing.
Another free camp last night, not near anywhere, but a nice place.
Yvonne after a strong gin & tonic, it was quite warm.
Found this shack in the bush on our morning walk.
As above.
As above.
The creek bed is dry, no coastal rain here.
Morning tea near Harden, just visible in the back ground valley. Some of our excellent home made vanilla slices.
Zoomed from above location. Some long necked sheep in the foreground.
Quite dry here north of Canberra, they could do with some of the coastal rain.
At the caravan park in Canberra, no free camping for the next 3 nights.
